Her work sits at the intersection of clinical practice, medico-legal evaluation, and policy, where she translates complex legal and regulatory frameworks into practical guidance for clinicians navigating high-risk environments. She brings a perspective that helps nurses and healthcare professionals better understand how documentation, policy, and institutional systems shape both patient outcomes and professional exposure.
As founder of Seth Usifo Nwosu, Inc. and CJN Network, Dr. Nwosu leads national conversations on healthcare accountability, clinician liability, and the structural realities that influence care delivery. Her work closely examines how implicit bias, institutional policy, and documentation practices intersect to create both legal and professional risk, especially for Black nurses and other historically marginalized clinicians.
Dr. Nwosu has been invited to speak and serve on panels addressing race in clinical algorithms, healthcare policy, and clinician accountability, with appearances at national forums including the AAAS Annual Meeting and the Black Policy Lab. Through consulting, media, and education, she remains committed to advancing clarity, protection, and equity across healthcare systems.
