Black Nurses Week® is more than a conference. It is a national gathering point for Black nurses seeking connection, professional growth, visibility, advocacy, opportunity, and a greater ability to thrive within and beyond the profession.
In 2026, Black Nurses Week® gathered in Tulsa under Restoring What’s Owed: Legacy, Reparations, and the Future of Black Nursing. In 2027, that conversation evolves.
Black Nurse Joy: Reclaiming Our Right to Thrive asks what becomes possible when Black nurses are given space not only to address what has been endured, but to examine what thriving can look like across our careers, health, leadership, relationships, rest, freedom, and lives.
Black Nurses Week® brings together Black nurses across specialties, career stages, and regions, including bedside nurses, nurse leaders, educators, entrepreneurs, advanced practice nurses, emerging professionals, and others invested in the future of Black nursing.
This is an engaged audience looking for organizations, resources, products, services, opportunities, and partnerships that genuinely support their professional growth, well-being, influence, and lives.
Sponsorship opportunities are intentionally curated and limited. Depending on alignment and availability, opportunities may include brand visibility, attendee engagement, conference presence, sponsored experiences, activation space, and customized partnership opportunities.

Includes one 6-foot vendor table, two chairs, and registration for up to two vendor representatives. Registered vendor representatives will also receive access to The REMIX, the Black Nurses Week® signature social experience.
All interested vendors and exhibitors must complete the Partnership Inquiry Form below and be approved by Black Nurses Week® before a space can be reserved.

Vendor registration is limited to a maximum of two registered vendor representatives per vendor table. Vendor registration does not include access to conference speaking sessions or CE programming. Additional guests or plus-ones are not included.
Electricity and dedicated Wi-Fi are not included in the vendor/exhibitor fee. Availability and any associated venue charges may be discussed separately once conference venue arrangements are finalized.
Submission of the Partnership Inquiry Form does not guarantee acceptance or reserve vendor space. Approved vendors will receive payment instructions, additional requirements, and next steps.
