Black Nurses Week® returns in 2027 for a three-day experience created for Black nurses to learn, reflect, connect, and explore what it means to truly thrive.

This year's conference, Black Nurse Joy: Reclaiming Our Right to Thrive, is the evolution of the conversations we began in 2026. Through powerful sessions, honest dialogue, shared experiences, and intentional community, we will examine not only what Black nurses have endured, but what we want our lives, careers, leadership, and futures to look like when survival is no longer the standard.

Session Access is designed for nurses who want to be in the room for the education, conversations, and perspectives at the heart of the Black Nurses Week® 2027 Conference.
